What is Business Ethics: Business ethics refers to management that recognizes the fundamental obligation of a company to comply with the ethics of the market, i.e. the order of the market, while at the same time fulfilling the ethical responsibilities expected by social norms, and makes compliance with business ethics a principle of conduct. In other words, it is management that fulfills "corporate social responsibility" in addition to compliance with the legal system.
